New facelifted Audi A4 to be launched on the 3rd of May

Audi will launch the new facelifted A4 finally in India on the 3rd of May. The car will receive its first major facelift after almost 4 years since launch in the Indian market.

The A4 is Audi’s bestseller – for 39 years now and in its eighth generation. The brand has sold ten million such models in total. The A4, with its elegance, sportiness and emotional appeal, forms the centerpiece of the Audi brand.

Seems like Audi is in a bit of hurry to launch the facelift ahead of BMW’s all new 3 Series.

Audi has been testing the new A4 on Indian roads since quite some time now and has been spotted multiple number of times across Mumbai.

The new A4 will get now sport the new Audi design language which is seen on the A6 & A8 sedan. The changes on the exterior include new headlights with a continuous LED strip and minimal sheet metal change. The MMI now gets tweaked and interiors are slightly refreshed.

The A4 also gets changes under the hood. All the engines will get power boost and will be available in a choice both petrol and diesel engines.
