Lamborghini Aventador introduced in India

Italian luxury sports car maker Automobili Lamborghini SpA launched its latest model, the ‘Lamborghini Aventador LP700-4’, priced in India.

Looking to tap the fast-growing Indian market  the  Lamborghini Lamborghini Aventador LP700-4 is priced at  Rs. 3.69 crore (ex-showroom, Delhi). Already Lamborghini has received 20 bookings for the Aventador and has received 1,500 orders worldwide. The car was launched in March 2011 and now commands a waiting period of 18 months.

Lamborghini plans to conduct owner-training programmes on the Formula 1 track. “You will be definitely seeing us there (on the F1 track). In the past, we used to take our Indian customers to Europe, but we can do it here now,” Automobili Lamborghini SpA Marketing Manager, South-East Asia and Pacific Mr. Page said.

Powered by a 12-cylinder, 6.5-litre engine, the Aventador is among the fastest street-legal cars in the world and can touch a top speed of up to 350 km per hour. The car will be fully imported and sold through Lamborghini’s sole dealer in India, Exclusive Motors.
