Mahindra launched the most awaited launch of 2011, the XUV 500 SUV.
Mahindra XUV 500 (pronounced as XUV five double O) will be available in two-wheel drive option and four–wheel drive option.

2.2 litre mHawk transverse-engine which produces 140 PS and 330 NM of Torque
Six-speed manual gearbox, developed in-house by Mahindra and Ricardo
Safety features: ABS, EBD, ESP, Traction control, Hill decent control and six air-bags

Large front bumper with streaked air dam
Sloping roofline with roof rails
235 x 65 – R17 with 5-spoke alloy wheels
Large touch-screen digital display for GPS, air-con controls, music system and other ancillaries.
